We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or wrong product. The claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt and will be issued a replacement. No refunds on custom, designer gowns, sale or clearance or promo code orders. To claim such items, contact our online customer service team immediately via the e-mail at email@example.com
Returned dresses must be in new condition. If you are returning a dress listed above (defective, damaged or wrong product) please check to make sure your return complies with the conditions mentioned below.
Dresses must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached.
*If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will ship the dress back to you.
1. Submit a return request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order to make sure you are eligible for a return.
2. Provide photos that clearly shows the issue, include; damage during shipping, color/ style/ size errors.
3. You need pay the shipping fee from your address to Festoun.
4. Please allow 7-14 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
5. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

As all of our dresses are made to order and not mass produced, the finished gown may differ by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To make sure that your dress will still fit you well, our tailors have made all our dresses with extra fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
If you follow our size chart and measuring guide before selecting your size, the dress will fit well. Dresses that do not fit you properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
We try our best to provide you with the most accurate photos of our dresses, but sometimes it’s impossible to match the color seen on the screen to the original color of the dress due to the photo exposure and computer screen differences, for that reason please understand that there may be a slight change in the color. If you are sure that you have received the dress in a wrong color, please contact us.
All made to measure pieces take roughly 7-10 weeks depending on the piece you ordered as our dresses are made by a team of specialists and are made to your specifications which requires time.
